Shipping Policy

Books are dispatched within 2-3 days from Sydney NSW, Australia during business hours.

Once your package has been shipped your order will be updated with a tracking number and sent via email.

Domestic Shipping
Shipping is calculated dependant on weight and timing- via Australia Post.

Please check shipping details at checkout for costs.

Regular Post: Usually 2 - 4 days.

Express Post: Usually 1 - 2 business days within metro areas.

Delivery timeframes are guidelines only and out of our control after it has left our hands.

Please notify us if your package has taken over 10 days.

International Shipping
Shipping is calculated dependant on weight and location- Via Australia Post.

Regular Post: Please check with the Australia Post website for shipping timeframes to your country.

We are not responsible for any possible duties and taxes which may be applied by customs in the country where delivery is made. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed, will rest with the customer.Australia Post and international post carriers are responsible for the transit of your order, once it is dispatched from our office.

Please notify us if your package has taken over 30 days.

Return & Exchange Policy

We understand that sometimes an item needs to be returned.

You may return an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the item/s if:

The Product is misbound or faulty in any way
The Product you received was different to the one ordered
The Product arrived damaged

If your return meets any of the above conditions you will be entitled to a refund or an exchange.

If your return does not meet any of the above conditions but you would still like to return the product,

please contact us directly and the friendly staff can assist you.

We will gladly accept a customer return on item(s) within 14 days of purchase due to a change of mind.

The product/s must be in original condition to be eligible for a return.

You cannot return a previously purchased e-products.

All returns require either the original receipt. You may return or exchange for credit only (excluding shipping costs) any book or non-book item in its original condition within 14 days of receiving your order.

All items must also include all original tags and be unopened in the original packaging (if applicable).

For all returns, the customer is responsible for costs of return shipping. We recommend you return your items using an insured and traceable method, as we are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during the return transit.

If you receive your order and find an issue or it is damaged please contact us within 14 days, so that we may address and resolve the issue as quickly as possible for you.
